One beautiful morning, I was getting ready to go study at one of my favourite spot.

...On that day, I woke up feeling tired and overwhelmed with a mountain of unfinished tasks🤦🏻‍♀😩.

I mean, who wouldn't? I'm a wife, a mom to two lovely girls, a coach, a student (I'm forever learning new things 😂), an entrepreneur, a cleaner, a cook – the list goes on! 😂😂😂.

Those close to me know how busy my life can be 😂, but I won't complain. I consider myself truly blessed!

So, back to my story, despite the fatigue and looming tasks, I pushed myself that day and asked my husband to drop me off at my favourite study spot.

My headache got so intense that I couldn't even look down. Little did I know that my husband was watching me through his rearview mirror as I held onto my forehead 😂😂.

He parked the car, and we all got out. I thought he was taking our girls for lunch. Boy, I was wrong! He had other plans😂😂.

He grabbed my laptop and my phone as I stepped out of the car 🤦🏻‍♀😂.

With a grin, he said, "If I'm teaching others about well-being and I'm not looking after my wife, then I've failed. You're not working today; we're all going to eat and have fun."

That statement got me so emotional, and I couldn't hold back my tears 😭 because I've been burning the midnight candles every night for the last 6 months 😩.

I just thank God for having a man who pays attention to me 🙏🏻

For me, I'm fortunate to have several people and a wonderful community of supportive friends.

Plus, there's the Women of Power Community, a ministry God gave me seven years ago! 

We all check on each other every Wednesday.(We call it "Check on me Wednesdays.")
